Team Analysis

This roster is below average but isn't terrible. Making the playoffs would be a good accomplishment, but to do that, you'll likely need to upgrade several positions through trades or waiver wire pickups.

Josh Allen is a strong QB1 for a 12-team league. He should consistently produce high-scoring weeks as your top quarterback.

Bijan Robinson is an excellent RB1 for a 12-team league. He's a guy you confidently start every week who will almost certainly win you some weeks by himself with big performances.

Terry McLaurin is very weak WR1 for a 12-team league. He may have some good weeks, but more often than not he will disappoint. Try to upgrade here if you can.

Jaylen Waddle isn't that good as a WR2 for a 12-team league, so unless you can upgrade, expect multiple weeks where he lets you down.

Dallas Goedert is a pretty weak TE1 for a 12-team league. May show up a few times over the course of a season, but otherwise will likely let you down.

James Conner is a solid FLEX1 for a 12-team league. His production may be inconsistent, but he should provide you with strong weeks every now and again.

Brandon Aiyuk as your FLEX2 in a 12-team league is simply not good. An upgrade here would be very beneficial.

Harrison Butker is an average kicker.

In general, don't spend much time worrying about kickers. They are too unpredictable. Try to find a kicker on a team with a good offense. And if he's playing in a dome, even better.

The Dallas Cowboys are a slightly below average defense. They could be okay depending on the weekly matchups, but you may want to stream defenses.
