Team Analysis

This is an inferior team that almost certainly won't make the playoffs as is, unless you get some unexpected performances from multiple players. Therefore, you should look to make some trades ASAP and you should also be very active on your league's waiver wire.

Matthew Stafford should be an okay QB1 for a 12-team league, but there will be multiple weeks where he'll make you regret not upgrading.

James Cook is not an ideal RB1 for a 12-team league. He will have some okay weeks once in a while, but could have more bad ones than good ones. Try to upgrade if you can.

Justin Jefferson is an excellent WR1 for a 12-team league. He will likely win you several weeks with huge performances.

Chris Olave isn't that good as a WR2 for a 12-team league, so unless you can upgrade, expect multiple weeks where he lets you down.

Mark Andrews is a pretty weak TE1 for a 12-team league. May show up a few times over the course of a season, but otherwise will likely let you down.

Travis Etienne is a terrible FLEX1 for a 12-team league. Look for trades and scour your league's waiver wire to try and improve here.

Christian Kirk is just flat out bad as your FLEX2 in a 12-team league. Try whatever you can to improve this spot.

Brandon McManus isn't the best kicker, but kickers are basically a guessing game.

In general, don't spend much time worrying about kickers. They are too unpredictable. Try to find a kicker on a team with a good offense. And if he's playing in a dome, even better.

The Green Bay Packers are a slightly below average defense. They could be okay depending on the weekly matchups, but you may want to stream defenses.
