This is a terrible team and making the playoffs would be a minor miracle. Hopefully you can add some more talent via trades and waiver wire pickups or it's going to be a very long season.

Josh Allen is a strong QB1 for a 12-team league. He should consistently produce high-scoring weeks as your top quarterback.

Phillip Lindsay is a terrible RB1 for a 12-team league. You should make it your priority to upgrade here.

Le'Veon Bell as your RB2 in a 12-team league is a nightmare scenario. You can't afford a serious weakness here, so try to upgrade ASAP.

Michael Pittman Jr. is a really bad WR1 for a 12-team league. Make it a priority to try and upgrade here.

Stefon Diggs as your WR2 in a 12-team league is just terrible. Pursue all possible ways to upgrade this spot.

George Kittle is a strong TE1 for a 12-team league. He should be plenty capable as your starter and could definitely lead you into the playoffs, especially if the rest of your team is strong.

Travis Kelce is an average FLEX1 for a 12-team league. Some weeks he'll make you smile, some weeks he might make you want to punch your desk.

Wil Lutz is a slightly below average kicker.

In general, don't spend much time worrying about kickers. They are too unpredictable. Try to find a kicker on a team with a good offense. And if he's playing in a dome, even better.

The Baltimore Ravens are an average defense. They should be fine most weeks unless they have an unfavorable matchup.
