Team Analysis

Your team is definitely on the weak side and your playoff chances are not looking great. Hopefully you can make some strong waiver pickups and/or good trades to improve your roster.

Joe Burrow is a good, but slightly below average, QB1 for a 12-team league. He'll likely give you enough production to be okay starting him consistently.

Saquon Barkley is a solid RB1 for a 12-team league. His production will likely be inconsistent, but he should provide you with enough strong weeks to keep you happy.

George Pickens isn't the best WR1 for a 12-team league, but he might be able to provide you with enough good games to get away with it.

Zay Flowers is a slightly below average WR2 for a 12-team league. He should be startable most games but likely won't ever set the world on fire.

Greg Dulcich is a horrendous TE1 for a 12-team league. Prioritize upgrading this spot.

DeVonta Smith is a solid FLEX1 for a 12-team league. His production may be inconsistent, but he should provide you with strong weeks every now and again.

As a FLEX2 for a 12-team league, Quentin Johnston isn't great, but may surprise with a few good games.

Justin Tucker isn't the best kicker, but kickers are basically a guessing game.

In general, don't spend much time worrying about kickers. They are too unpredictable. Try to find a kicker on a team with a good offense. And if he's playing in a dome, even better.

The San Francisco 49ers are a slightly below average defense. They could be okay depending on the weekly matchups, but you may want to stream defenses.
