Team Analysis

This is an extremely deficient team that has almost no hope of reaching the playoffs, let alone winning a playoff game. You need to get to work trying to upgrade some starting positions via trade and possible waiver wire pickups.

Lamar Jackson is an excellent QB1 for a 10-team league. Definitely a guy you can start every week, who will likely win you a few weeks with huge performances.

Najee Harris is a terrible RB1 for a 10-team league. You should make it your priority to upgrade here.

Javonte Williams as your RB2 in a 10-team league is a nightmare scenario. You can't afford a serious weakness here, so try to upgrade ASAP.

Deebo Samuel is a really bad WR1 for a 10-team league. Make it a priority to try and upgrade here.

Jaylen Waddle isn't that good as a WR2 for a 10-team league, so unless you can upgrade, expect multiple weeks where he lets you down.

George Pickens as your WR3 isn't good for a 10-team league. Pursue an upgrade if you can.

George Kittle is a strong TE1 for a 10-team league. He should be plenty capable as your starter and could definitely lead you into the playoffs, especially if the rest of your team is strong.

Michael Pittman Jr. is not an ideal FLEX1 for a 10-team league. You should see about upgrading if you can.

Jake Moody is a slightly below average kicker.

In general, don't spend much time worrying about kickers. They are too unpredictable. Try to find a kicker on a team with a good offense. And if he's playing in a dome, even better.

The Denver Broncos are an average defense. They should be fine most weeks unless they have an unfavorable matchup.
