Team Analysis
Overall Assessment

This is an extremely deficient team that has almost no hope of reaching the playoffs, let alone winning a playoff game. You need to get to work trying to upgrade some starting positions via trade and possible waiver wire pickups.

QB Analysis

Lamar Jackson is a strong QB1 for a 10-team league. He should consistently produce high-scoring weeks as your top quarterback.
RB Analysis

Javonte Williams is a terrible RB1 for a 10-team league. You should make it your priority to upgrade here.
Najee Harris as your RB2 in a 10-team league is a nightmare scenario. You can't afford a serious weakness here, so try to upgrade ASAP.
WR Analysis

George Pickens is very weak WR1 for a 10-team league. He may have some good weeks, but more often than not he will disappoint. Try to upgrade here if you can.
Jaylen Waddle isn't that good as a WR2 for a 10-team league, so unless you can upgrade, expect multiple weeks where he lets you down.
Deebo Samuel as your WR3 isn't good for a 10-team league. Pursue an upgrade if you can.
TE Analysis

George Kittle isn't the best TE1 for a 10-team league, but he might have just enough good weeks to get away with it.
FLEX Analysis

Michael Pittman Jr. is not an ideal FLEX1 for a 10-team league. You should see about upgrading if you can.

PK Analysis
Jake Moody isn't the best kicker, but kickers are basically a guessing game.
In general, don't spend much time worrying about kickers. They are too unpredictable. Try to find a kicker on a team with a good offense. And if he's playing in a dome, even better.
DEF Analysis
The Denver Broncos are a solid defense. They should be startable most weeks, depending on the matchup, of course.

How are the grades given at each position?
Our grading system doesn't just give grades based on a player's value or ranking in a vacuum. Our grades work off of your player's value vs. the average player's value at that specific positional slot.
For example, the 2nd or 3rd best overall RB might "only" get an A in the RB1 slot. But if that same player was in the RB2 slot on your team, he would almost certainly be an A+ since his value would be much greater compared to the averge player in that slot.
For teams added thru "My Leagues," why is the Average Team Value and Overall Reaction GIF sometimes different than the Average Team Value and Reaction GIF on the League Analysis page?
League Analysis compares your team to the average team IN THAT LEAGUE, so it only looks at the players drafted in that league. This page compares your team to the average team in all of fantasy, looking at all available players, not just the players drafted in a specific league.
