This is a terrible team and making the playoffs would be a minor miracle. Hopefully you can add some more talent via trades and waiver wire pickups or it's going to be a very long season.

Gardner Minshew is a bad QB1 for a 10-team league. If you stick with him, he will make you wish you upgraded all season long.

Tony Pollard is a terrible RB1 for a 10-team league. You should make it your priority to upgrade here.

David Montgomery as your RB2 in a 10-team league is a nightmare scenario. You can't afford a serious weakness here, so try to upgrade ASAP.

D.J. Moore is a really bad WR1 for a 10-team league. Make it a priority to try and upgrade here.

Marquise Brown as your WR2 in a 10-team league is just terrible. Pursue all possible ways to upgrade this spot.

Mike Gesicki is a horrendous TE1 for a 10-team league. Prioritize upgrading this spot.

Ezekiel Elliott is a terrible FLEX1 for a 10-team league. Look for trades and scour your league's waiver wire to try and improve here.

D.J. Chark is just flat out bad as your FLEX2 in a 10-team league. Try whatever you can to improve this spot.

The Los Angeles Chargers aren't the best defense, but D/STs are mostly a crapshoot. You'll probably want to stream defenses.
