This is a terrible team and making the playoffs would be a minor miracle. Hopefully you can add some more talent via trades and waiver wire pickups or it's going to be a very long season.

Baker Mayfield isn't the best QB1 for a 12-team league, but he may produce enough good games to get away with it.

Le'Veon Bell is a terrible RB1 for a 12-team league. You should make it your priority to upgrade here.

Carlos Hyde as your RB2 in a 12-team league is a nightmare scenario. You can't afford a serious weakness here, so try to upgrade ASAP.

DK Metcalf is very weak WR1 for a 12-team league. He may have some good weeks, but more often than not he will disappoint. Try to upgrade here if you can.

Sterling Shepard as your WR2 in a 12-team league is just terrible. Pursue all possible ways to upgrade this spot.

Alshon Jeffery is very weak WR3 for a 12-team league. Be aggressive in trying to upgrade here.

Evan Engram is a pretty weak TE1 for a 12-team league. May show up a few times over the course of a season, but otherwise will likely let you down.

Kyle Rudolph is a terrible FLEX1 for a 12-team league. Look for trades and scour your league's waiver wire to try and improve here.

Matt Prater isn't the best kicker, but kickers are basically a guessing game.

In general, don't spend much time worrying about kickers. They are too unpredictable. Try to find a kicker on a team with a good offense. And if he's playing in a dome, even better.

The San Francisco 49ers are an average defense. They should be fine most weeks unless they have an unfavorable matchup.
