Should continue improving under head coach Ben Johnson, who is a great offensive mind.
After a tough rookie season, Williams made huge strides in 2025, leading the Bears to a division title.
Inconsistency remains an issue that will need to be worked on in order to take the next step.
Often holds the ball too long, which results in bad sacks or hero-ball throws that sometimes end badly.

May not run as much as he has in the past, but remains an elite passer with elite football IQ.
Offense was underwhelming in 2025 and lacked explosiveness. Mahomes had an uncharacteristic 11 INTs.
Recovering from major ACL & LCL injury suffered late in 2025 season, so timeline to return AND be effective is uncertain.
