We have these two valued just about the same so it's essentially a coin toss. Ultimately, we like D'Andre Swift slightly more than Patrick Mahomes so it's a no for us.
Keep in mind, while we wouldn't do this trade in a vacuum, if you have other good options at RB and have a big need at QB, then it might make sense to go through with it.

Bounced back in 2025, rushing for over 1,000 yards and a 4.9 YPC (up from 3.8 in 2024).
Monangai showed out as a rookie and will continue to eat into Swift's touches.

May not run as much as he has in the past, but remains an elite passer with elite football IQ.
Offense was underwhelming in 2025 and lacked explosiveness. Mahomes had an uncharacteristic 11 INTs.
Recovering from major ACL & LCL injury suffered late in 2025 season, so timeline to return AND be effective is uncertain.
