Roster
Outlook
Your team is definitely on the weak side and your playoff chances are not looking great. Hopefully you can make some strong waiver pickups and/or good trades to improve your roster.

QB Analysis

Lamar Jackson is a slightly above average QB1 for a 10-team league. His production may be inconsistent, but he should provide you with really strong weeks every now and again.
Bo Nix is a slightly above average QB2 for a 10-team league. He should suffice to help your team more than he hurts it.
RB Analysis

Derrick Henry isn't the best RB1 for a 10-team league but isn't the worst either. Keep your fingers crossed that he can provide you with enough good games throughout the season.
For an RB2, RJ Harvey isn't too good for a 10-team league. You can't trust him to consistently produce enough points so we recommended trying to upgrade here.
WR Analysis

Emeka Egbuka is a really bad WR1 for a 10-team league. Make it a priority to try and upgrade here.
Chris Godwin as your WR2 in a 10-team league is simply not good. You can't trust him to consistently produce enough points so we highly recommended trying to upgrade here.
Jauan Jennings as your WR3 isn't good for a 10-team league. Pursue an upgrade if you can.
TE Analysis

George Kittle is a solid TE1 for a 10-team league. His production may be inconsistent, but he should provide you with strong weeks every now and again.
Tyler Warren is a very good TE2 for a 10-team league.
FLEX Analysis

Ricky Pearsall is a solid FLEX1 for a 10-team league. His production may be inconsistent, but he should provide you with strong weeks every now and again.
As a FLEX2 for a 10-team league, Brenton Strange isn't great, but may surprise with a few good games.
Compare vs. Average
PK Analysis
Cam Little is an average kicker.
In general, don't spend much time worrying about kickers. They are too unpredictable. Try to find a kicker on a team with a good offense. And if he's playing in a dome, even better.
DEF Analysis
The Seattle Seahawks are a solid defense. They should be startable most weeks, depending on the matchup, of course.
How are the grades given at each position?
Our grading system doesn't just give grades based on a player's value or ranking in a vacuum. Our grades work off of your player's value vs. the average player's value at that specific positional slot.
For example, the 2nd or 3rd best overall RB might "only" get an A in the RB1 slot. But if that same player was in the RB2 slot on your team, he would almost certainly be an A+ since his value would be much greater compared to the averge player in that slot.
