Team Analysis

Your team is definitely on the weak side and your playoff chances are not looking great. Hopefully you can make some strong waiver pickups and/or good trades to improve your roster.

Jalen Hurts is a strong QB1 for a 12-team league. He should consistently produce high-scoring weeks as your top quarterback.

Bijan Robinson is a strong RB1 for a 12-team league. He's good enough to carry you some weeks, and bad games from him should be few and far between.

DeVonta Smith is a really bad WR1 for a 12-team league. Make it a priority to try and upgrade here.

Marvin Harrison Jr. isn't that good as a WR2 for a 12-team league, so unless you can upgrade, expect multiple weeks where he lets you down.

Trey McBride is an excellent TE1 for a 12-team league. Definitely a TE you can start every week, who will likely win you several weeks with huge performances.

Jayden Reed isn't the best FLEX1 for a 12-team league, but should provide you with a handful of good games here and there.

Keon Coleman as your FLEX2 in a 12-team league is simply not good. An upgrade here would be very beneficial.

Ricky Pearsall is really weak as a FLEX3 in a 12-team league.

Harrison Butker is an average kicker.

In general, don't spend much time worrying about kickers. They are too unpredictable. Try to find a kicker on a team with a good offense. And if he's playing in a dome, even better.

The Baltimore Ravens are an average defense. They should be fine most weeks unless they have an unfavorable matchup.
